![]() Virgin say they do not support Modem Mode so can offer no help and I have not found answers online. Edge Router Lite admin page indicates it is connected with to internet but something’s clearly not right. ![]() I changed the Hub into Modem Mode and purple light comes on but even after power cycling everything, no devices on the Ubiquity network get an internet connection. However, port forwarding does not work and even after setting IP address of the Edge Router Lite as the DMZ on the Hub, and I need that setup for a number of reasons. ![]() With the Hub in router mode I can get internet access on wired and wireless devices connected to my Ubiquity network no problem. I have my own Ubiquity network gear: router is Edge Router Lite and I have a Netgear 24 port switch and 5 Unifi AC Pro wireless access points. Moved house recently and got the new Virgin Media 3.0 Hub.
